The sooner you get used to buying the good stuff, the sooner you find your own style, which makes it easier to feel confident in all these pretty pieces of satin and lace!

Build up? I never did that. I got things as I needed them, felt a change, or special occasion. It's not something you build up like cash reserves or keeping a well stocked pantry.
