Not possible. Even those deluded into spending bigs bucks for their bodies frozen with cryogenics will never see the light of day. Why? Freezing produces ice crystals in the body's cells. These are sharp and pierce the cell membranes. Cellular death on such a lrge scale = death of the whole, hence no chance for revival. The cadaver remains a cadaver. There is a frog that has gotten around this, and continues so every winter. But I believe it is endowed with a type of antifreeze in its cells, and thus ice crystals do not form. (see photo below) It is called the common wood frog.
