Yeah how am I meant to answer a statement? I don't get it.
-
yes. It bugs me. I think people start ranting and then run out of space and forget it's supposed to be a question!! Some will put a ??? at the end to make it a question and it's still not--either way. Some people just don't get it or don't care.

No because first, I would get five points for each "statement question" (via flagging) and second, this is just a questions and answers website. If such things bother me that means I need to spend more time outside.

Your question has a little of "statementness" to it. ; ) It does bothers me when questions are statements and worse, aren't really open to opinions and only seem to accept answers that give them a "pat in the back". To me, more like asking for validation than true answers.

It doesn't bug me, it's a small thing and small detail kinda thing that isn't worth getting bugged over :)
-
Not really. Depending on how they are worded, they may be worth 5 points for a Nonsense flag. BUT, you really need to read it before flagging it. Just because it's not technically a grammatically correct format for an interogative doesn't mean it's not a question or won't be worth keeping.

Well, i will do something uncommon and answer my own question because others have brought up good points. Yes it is annoying but, there are always moderation points there for the taking and, Sometimes while not really a proper question, you can sense, frame and answer one by reading carefully.

If I were to write down all the things that bother me about people's questions, I'd probably run out of space. However, my biggest pet peeves are bad spelling and questions so purely written and thought out that you have to be like a lawyer during cross-examination to get to the bottom of the question
