Is there a way that i can make my own desktop icon images?
EX: Change my "MY DOCUMENTS, MY COMPUTER, RECYCLE BIN. ETC"icons.

Yep, that's fine if you wanted pre made icons. I though you were after custom ones you make yourself with a proggie like Icon Builder. Total control and actually very easy to use.
