John Smoltz's son is in my daughter's class. He sat across from me at a dinner a few weeks back. He didn't hug me, but I shook his hand.
I met Dan Reeves a few years back when he was coaching the Falcons. He was in a locker room in his underwear. I wish I could have met him five minutes before or after that, but I still got to meet him.
