No, because they are willing to fulfill their contracts requirements to get that money. Serving your country is serving your country no matter the purpose. It's not why you are doing it, it is just that you are doing it. The military has programs for people that want to get out and pursue careers as civilians. They give those people the steps and help they need to get the proper credentials and education to be prepared for that job when thier service is over.
