I'm going to honest, and I'm going to be blasted here. I really, would not care. I mean... it's just a peice of cloth, just a symbol. I really, woulden't care.
-
Sometimes it upsets me... sometimes it makes me angry... other times I am indifferent.
-
Absolutely nothing, it's a piece of cloth. If I saw my nation on fire I'd be pretty pissed off, though.
-
I'd probably think 'Blimey, now that isn't something you see every day. We need a better one anyway'
-
I'd probably just walk up, throw some trash on the fire, spit, and walk away humming a happy little tune.
-
It wouldn't really phase me. I love my country but if others don't and burn the flag, well it is their right i guess. This is a democratic country after all, Australia. Besides they will have the pleasure of a jail sentence, dependent on the severity of the incident.
-
I would be indifferent. It is merely a cloth.
-
Not a lot and I have two national flags and have seen them both burning quite often. It certainly does not phase or upset me unduly. There are plenty more where that one came from and we can get them faster than they can burn them
-
I would feel the need for a fire extinguisher!
-
I would give out a little chuckle....because on the 4th of July they have a flag burning ceremony where I live...makes me think of that
-
I wouldn't care in the slightest. I would still most likely think badly of the people burning the flag for using such a ham-fisted and crude method of protest, but the act itself doesn't bother me.
-
What's on TV?
-
I would think about calling the fire brigade. If people want to make protests like that I wish they'd find a slightly safer way of doing it.
-
I'd think, well.... makes a change from a stolen car.
-
I Think I would be a little pissed off. Its a sign of your country. Its disrepectful to burn a flag of the country that you are living in. If you really hate your country that much, well then leave we don't want your negativity corrupting the youth with your prejudism against your country. I think its childish to burn flags. I mean what exactly are you hoping to accomplish by doing that. Its not going to change whatever you are in disagreement with.
-
I really couldn't care less, you don't pick the country you're born in.
-
Angry. It,s called National Pride, and there isn,t enough of it.
