That's more per month than my husband made when he first joined the army .. so yea .. we could make it as a family of three on that .. we made it for 6 months on less than that.

that is $720 a month pre taxes and I make $650 and pay rent, utilities and everything on it so you bet I could. and have a LOT left over.
