  • Atkins brand offers some snacks. But, I prefer cashews, pecans, or whipped topping, just watch your quantity. Beef jerky, pigskins, or sugarfree Jello w/whipped topping. Good Luck
  • I think my fave would be a small pickle with cream cheese(or any other cheese) and a peice of ham/turkey wrapped around it...yumm.
  • Celery sticks with tuna fish salad, veggies with ranch dip, olives, nuts, cheese...
  • cheese, hard boiled egss, nuts, beef jerky, a spoonful of natural peanut butter, whipped cream (canned whipped cream saved my sanity on that diet) tuna fish - especially those pre flavored packages :o) with some nice fresh lettuce
  • Pork rhinds, cheese, cukes, celery and cream cheese, carb free jello and make your own whipped topping with heavy cream. (it's quick, really!)
  • sunflower seeds in moderation. They make sugarfree whipped cream you know...but some grocery chains don't carry it.
  • I like salame and cream cheese, or vegetables and onion dip.
  • Beef jerky.
  • pickled tomatoes, cheese, most fresh veggies (no carrots), hard boiled eggs, canned fish.
  • I wouldn't recommend being on the Atkins diet. You can't stick with only certain foods for the rest of your life. Once you slip, you'll gain all the weight back....even if you switch to another diet. It will screw your system up. Just exercise. EDIT: HAHA I guess if I don't praise the topic I get negative points. I'm just speaking from experience. It didn't work for my mom. You CAN'T eat certain things for the rest of your life!! However, through exercise she now looks amazing. Good luck to you.
  • Any snack which is low carb is an excellent option for anyone following Atkins. My personal preference is pork rinds especially those prepared in the traditional method like the ones here http://www.gaytanfoods.com/
