nah thats a dick move. Ive lived with roommates my whole adult life and ive always made sure that im only responsible for messes and any damage that my friends and I created and vice versa and i never had a problem.

well.. next time you hold a party, do it on her day! - or else renegotiate the house rules... might be the safest bet
-
tell her the agreement was between "Only the two of you" that parties are outside the agreement and if she doesn't agree, tell her to get stuffed and walk away...
-
NO; makes no sense ... that is why House Rules should be written down and each tenant sign it .... There are EXCEPTIONS to about all rules and her having a party is an exception .... She should do your dishes now , IF you did them for her guest , a few times ..like three or four ... IF she does't YOU have about ten -fifteen people over on HER day to do dishes ,,,
-
Not fair - I would have party on "her' day. She will get the message.
-
I would suggest changing the rules - clean up after yourself. IF you both cook together and eat the same meal then make it a team effort. Thats the catch with taking turns - someone can make a mess when its your turn and leave it for you :)
-
Very good comment - have you thought about talking about the situation with her?
-
dishes and roommates is always a disaster.

Buy paper plates from now on it will save you a lot of stress in the future.
