What would happen if my ex-wife, decided to revise our divorce/custody decree and I refuse to sign it because of errors? Now, she is saying that she wants to just go back to the old decree, will the court not move forward if nothing is sent in

An order or judgment of the court is what it is until the court changes it. Even if you agreed to new language, you'd still have to go in front of the judge, who'd have to approve it. So if neither of you does anything, the old decree is just fine. -
