The Black Panthers openly demanded equal rights for Black people during a time when some White people found lynching and killing Black people a form of entertainment...and the government did little to stop it. They support Obama? So what?

You know, The_Wraith_of_God, you could say the same about the NRA. Why do they want semi-automatic weapons in every home?

The question is not what they supported twenty years ago, it is what they support now. It they committed crimes in the past, the individuals who committed them should be prosecuted. But what are they doing *now*? After all, Americans are just a crowd of rebellious colonists who overthrew their rightful king, subverting the law as it then was. Do you think we should have anything to do with such a traitorous organisation as the US Government?

MLK was never "in power", in the sense of being a leader of the Black Panthers. In present day, the Black Panthers are no longer a significant political force. Also, if you're implying that their support of Obama is a negative for him, that's silly: political candidates can't control who endorses them.

When was MLK "In power"? Of what?
-
Spreading lies, and taking cheap shots, but if you haven't noticed, none is buying what your sellin. *GO OBAMA!!!!*
