How do you get the artist to let you paint Pokemon on the museum?

In the Contests, you must have gotten all of your Pokemon to win the Master Contest in every category. So basically, you must have five ribbons from the Master Contest (1 for Cool, 1 for Beauty, etc.) and the sketcher will give you paintings or something like that so you can bring them to the guy who wants them. As you can see when you go to the paintings when you look at the frames, it has pink=cute, red=cool, blue=beauty, yellow=tough, green=smart. Then you can put them in there and I don't know what it does because I've never done it, but I know it works because my friend did it.

You need to beat the master rank of ONE type of contest(beat all ranks),I beat the cool contests.
