  • Kudos for never missing a pill that is something that most people can't say. Some people will tell you that you are protected just after seven days of starting the pill, and others will tell you that you need to be on it one cycle (1 pill pack) in order to be fully effective. The clinic where I get my pills told me thirty days to be effective anything before then you are taking chances. My period has always been regular on the pill, so you may fall into one of two categories. First, your body is adjusting to the pill and your period will be earlier or later than normal. Secondly, you may be pregnant. If after six weeks you haven't gotten your period I would take a First Response just to be safe.
  • Don't need it, and have no interest in changing sex, even lady's toilets!
