    First contact the Professional Licensing Commission for the state where you live. They should have a list of approved educational sources that they can send you. Another source would be to contact the Real Estate Association that services your area and ask them for the same information. Be sure and only attend schools that are approved by the licensing commission for your state, otherwise, you will be wasting your time and money.
