  • I would think because where i am in MA the ground isn't frozen but we are getting frost very often. Plus if you aren't getting the frost yet i would think that winter is coming too fast and they wont get enough time to grow.
  • I know, i know,.. youre gonna bake a huge batch of garlic bread for me coming over aintcha???? lol.. look would it help if i just bring some with me?
  • For me, Oct. is always the very last month to plant it. I'd get in in the ground as soon as possible. I usually stick it in between September and October and hope for the best. Haven't seen much difference between when I plant them other than the ones planted after the first good frost tend to have bigger cloves but not as many and that's fine with me. I love large cloves:-)
  • that's so funny-- i just stuck half dozen cloves int he ground this morning!
