How can I make a list of copied files when I install Complex Language Scripts (Control Panel>Regional and Language Option>Languages>Install files for complex script and right-to-left.......) Is there any software to do that?

You can use a free tool called WhatChanged (http://www.vista-software.com/tools.htm#wc)to make a snapshot of your system before and after to compare the changes.
