Why are people allowed to vote early? Doesn't that increase the risk for fraud in the election?

Yes, there was a law stating that you had to register 1 month in advance, but the law was thrown out in Ohio by a judge who was a DEMOCRAT!

For the majority (honest people) it makes voting easier. Hopefully it will increase the percentage/nunbers of people that exercise their right to vote. The old systems that only allow one day to vote, are not able to correct problems that occur during that single day, and still give everybody time to vote. This results in people being denied their right to vote.

There is always a risk of fraud with any system. I think voting day is enough of a zoo already - great idea to get as much done s possible beforehand.
