  • Could be several things that you have to narrow down by testing. Use memtest86 to check your ram. Then a hard drive test you can download from the vendor. Update your drivers, update the bios, make sure anti-virus and spyware check have been run. If everything seems to be running ok. Just unplug the speaker from the motherboard.
  • Does the computer appear to be working normally? If so then the beep may be warning you of an impending hardware failure. I've never heard of a pc beeping periodically while it's running, usually these errors come during boot up. If your computer temperature has read outs on the BIOS you might check those and see if it's getting too hot. You might have someone knowledgable in power supplies use a voltmeter to make sure your power supply is outputting the right voltages on all wires.
  • Sounds like it is a self generated alarm. The manual for the motherboard should explain this.
