Why does it bother you? If you place no special "power" or "usefulness" in this endorsement, why do you care? What difference does it make? You called it "sour grapes" or "misplaced ethnic pride" in another question..now you say "strategic blunder" or "old boys network". Again, two and only two possibilities you are considering in this question. So again, I apologize for wasting your time..again.

I think General Powell gave a clear, concise and fair explaination of the reasons that he is endorsing Senator Obama.
