No, I totally don't find it gross, and my husband doesn't seem to mind, although we tend to avoid the worst day of my period. Sorry if this is TMI, but I don't have heavy periods so it tends to just be more lubrication than anything gross. It's not as if something disgusting is pouring out of me!
