It sounds like it could be worms. I would take her into the vet for a check on it and some medication.

Possibly tape worm segments. They break off and are expelled in the feces. When dried, they shrink to about a grain of rice. You can see active segments in a fresh BM. Get some wormer.

Your dog has worms, those are worm segments coming out with it's stool. You need to get to the vet and get some worming meds or try some of the over the counter stuff. The OTC doesn't work as well and you won't know exactly what kind of worms your cat could have besides what you see and they could give you better meds for ALL the worms.

Those are tapeworms. Make sure you get the right type of medicine for them. The kind I bought only took one dose. I get my pets needs at our local "feed and grain" store. I give my cats their vaccines myself, which saves a lot of money. I get those at the same place.
