No :)

Not necessarily, but it may apply in some cases.
-
Absolutely not!

No. You can still wish them well and love them. I know this personally in my own family.
-
Not if they are capable of separating the behavior from the person. This takes a very unique individual.

If someone [hates] just about everything another person represents, what else is there left that could reasonably be presented as a convencing argument of no hatred for the individual? What logical means would you use to be able to separate the individual from everything you [hate] about him/her in order to love-- or rather 'not to hate'--that individual? The probabilities of hating everyhing another person incarnates without that person becoming also a casualty of that hate, are very slim--mildly put.
-
Not always.

I don't like the word "hate," so if you don't mind I'd like to substitute "dislike". If you know someone whose behavior you dislike, and also dislike what he/she stands for, then sure..you dislike everything about the person so you dislike the person. :)

NO they probaly just been married too long LOL

One's stands or opinions are almost seperate from the person although they can offer a glimpse of who that person is. A person who agrees with everything you hold as opinions but who is cruel and manipulative??? That's different. I'll take a decent person with opposing views over someone who agrees with me but has poor character.

no! i work with someone who i cant stand to be in the same room with but i dont hate her ha!
-
Well, I've felt disappointment for someone's actions and attitude, but also seen a few admirable qualities in those people. I've felt uncomfortable around people who I think are capable of doing better for themselves but were unwilling to see it from my point of view, and I didn't see it as my place to change them. I can't really hate someone unless they've done something totally unforgivable.

We can be madly in love with someone that we hate her-his behaviors and believes..
