I don't think the rate of hair growth has anything to do with the sex of a child. There are some little girls that don't grow hair for 6months and same with some boys. Some babies boys and girls come out with hair. I think it all has to do with the babies genetics.

No, sex has nothing to do with it. I have friends who's son has been getting hair cuts since he was 6 months, and another friend who daughter got her first at the age of 2. Just be patient, you will have many years of pony and pig tails to come!

No it does not . A boy or girls hair will grow at the rate for that child some babies are birn with a lot of hait and some stil have very little at a year old. It will grow in its own time never fear
