  • Yes it was the right thing ot do. If Obama was just a random person on the street, would you still be asking the same question? Obama is a HUMAN, for God's sake.
  • You can still win and be gracious about it. Phrases like "off with his head" are a little over the top. Calling him an "Arab" is over the top as well. McCain just wants to be respectful.
  • He was right in his defense of Obama. I respect him for correcting the mistakes of the ignorant members of his audience.
  • Doing the right thing should be standard for all politicians, and it has nothing to do with trying to win an election. It would be wonderful if all politicians would correct some of the lies their supporters say about the opponent and explain that, yes, while we are competitors in this thing, it's not like he/she is a bad person and we should hate the opponent.
  • It's nice to see some one man up and call a lie a lie. This goes to the charactor of the man and it says a lot.
  • The Republican ticket will not win by mudslinging, they should try to win addressing the issues that concern the people in our country, Health Care, the Economy, Mortgages, the Financial Market and no more job loss we have had enough hardships and the issues need to be addressed. Playing clean is called "Fair Play" and it applies in every possible competition. An election is not different.
  • For the sake of the country he should try and win. He needs to take the gloves off and start getting after Obama more. Obama has enough flaws to expose pretty easily and McCain needs to show everyone who and what Obama really is instead of letting the guy keep posing as something else.
