I have arrested a law enforcement agent from searching a homeless man for no reason. I followed man and cop into the men's room. The cop, who recognized me said: "counselor! You aren't this man's attorney!" And I said, "am I your attorney?" He: "she's my attorney, man." I have never been arrested yet, although I have begged to be arrested, and was once punched in the nose and knocked unconsious at an anti-war (Gulf War) protest.

Yes once, about 1982, picked up at home, 9pm at night no cash on me, and taken to jail for TWO over due parking tickets! The city was cracking down, and I was booked and thrown into the "tank" holding area with about 75 others, from motorcycle gang members to businessmen. The bad thing was I had to really go to the bathroom, and it was an open door thing with NO privacy at all. So I held it for 5 hours, until a friend came with $200. (had to be cash) and bailed me out! It was both scary and very painful.

Are you kidding? I never ever got pulled over for a traffic infraction in 25 years. The chances of me going to jail are very remote unless they jail people because they don't like their religion.

am i the only one. i have 2 dui's. too many pi's to count, i have a drug charge, a gun charge and an evading arrest charge. how's that?

i have been to jail 3 times ..2 times for a dui,and 1 time for getn inot it with a officer ,so 3 times and i promise it will be my last.

Yes and yes. At trial, all charges were dropped over evidence of crime not being committed. Hardest call ever was to call my father-in-law to bail me out of jail, though I did nothing wrong. The crime? I was robbed a few days earlier, and thief took my wallet. A few days later I got into a minor fender bender, and had no proof of insurance. That police cuffed me tight, left a mark, tossed me into jail for hours, and treated me as if I were the robber.

NOt yet but as of Saturday June 1st I can sadly say yes. I got a DUI and must do 48 hours in the county jail. i'm very scared indeed. I'll let you know what happened then OK? No coffee, meds, cigarettes...Jeesh ~ what have I done!!! Oh well, do the crime ad the time I guess. -Later

yeah I was in jail for driving suspended driver license, for two days. not bad besides sleeping on the concrete floor, the nasty food, and being in a room with like 30 people, it was crazy , me and soem girls were talking about our life stories, and it was so sad soem girls had gone thru some rough life, so time passed by we talked for like hours... they was pretty cool..

6-8 times went to jail every time longest sentence was 18 months
