  • It's definately a real thing but at the same time, it has become a catch-all word that can be used to label someone.
  • Codependence is a real thing, psychologically. Two individuals become more attached to the identity that they contribute to that particular relationship than self-identity, and those two people rely on one another as a mirror of self-identity. The entire dynamic stagnates like this.
