I don't know if they will ever grow up but at the beginning of they show they are in 3rd grade (for A LOT of seasons they are 8), eventually they are 9 and in 4th grade, believe that in the current season they are 9 in 4th grade.

probably never grow up. bart, lisa and maggie simpson have been the same age for almost 20 years.

They've got the same surgeon that Bart and Lisa Simpson use.

well i don't think they were ever babies... they just magically appeared as 3rd graders then one year entered 4th grade and i don't think they are going to grow up much past that. unless matt and tre find humor in changing it all
