  • taking a shower first thing in the morning will help wake you up. or you can take a slow, warm one before bed, helping you to fall asleep and maybe have a more restful night. most importantly, fix the sleepiness and the showering will come next. are you on medication making you tired? find the problem then showering won't be as big a problem.
  • Why not try the James Bond system of showering just once. First a hot shower then a cold shower then a warm shower. James Bond is one of the most energetic of fictional characters and a lot of research went into detailing his daily routines. You will get back your energy and will start showering twice everyday.
  • get one of those chairs that sit in the shower. then shower as usual. at least you will be sitting and resting. Even get a shower with the long hose like they have in handicapped showers.. then you can wash everything without having to stand up.. Seriously. GL
  • Sleep in the tub.
