Yep my ex had some sheets from Bed, Bath that were modal (beechwood cellulose fiber), they were pretty silky, and didn't shrink, though one side tore pretty quickly, but it might have been the clothes washer.

As to shrinkage, I can't guarantee one way or another...ymmv
