Ok, so he's REALLY not thinking. By shooting himself in the arm, he's taken away an option for sex (depending on which arm he shot himself in, of course).

It would have been better for her to have denied him any form of contact whatsoever - he is obviously a whacko who needs intensive psychological help. And a blow up doll. (As long as he doesn't shoot it.)

Women love to be bullied into having sex. I wonder why she denied him? (That was sarcasm) Do you think he could get someone else to sex him up? I hope it wasn't his "self service arm" that he shot himself in. He'll be really frustrated if it was.
