I think on both parts it has to do with the person. Just because you will orgasm a few times before I ejaculate does not mean that it will happen everytime. A lot of things have to be considered. Time of day, last time we had sex, foreplay, and temp. And some girls may have had bad experiences with guys coming earlier than what they should.
