Should texting while driving be made illegal ? What about using your cell phone while driving?

    It's illegal here In California, that was brought into law about two years ago, the only way you can talk on a cell phone while driving, is to use a handsfree set(blue-tooth) even that is still somewhat of distraction. I've known a few people who have got tickets for talking, or texting on there cell phones while driving, my brother being one of them, he was fined 150 dollars for it. Over all it's not worth it. Your at risk of hitting somebody, or getting into a accident.

    • I agree 100%. But now in CA we have to worry if someone with dandruff is high on medicinal pot!
