I'm debating cutting off a birthmark. Last week, I noticed that it is in the shape of a certain male reproductive organ, and it's been bothering me ever since. Is there anything that could potentially go wrong, besides a probably scar?

By the way I was not paying attention to my question to you. What I meant was- Has your birthmark been this large or are you just now noticing the shape?
