THE FIRST AND THIRD ANSWERS ARE HO YOU TELL. THE 71 THE TIRE WILL BE AT AN ANGLE 72 THEY ARE FLAT. I JUST READ THIS IN A CHILTON BOOK FOR VOLKSWAGENS.ON 11/20/09
