Help answer this question below.

I have a plastic bottle in my bedroom so I can pee in, cuz it's convenient and if I wake up in the middle of the night I need to walk all the way to the toilet and I can't fall asleep afterwards. My roommate found out and was disgusted, is it a bad habit?
