Doesn't the great state of Louisiana VIOLATE the US Constitutional provision of "separation of church and state," by referring to their counties as PARISHES, which is a Christian term?

    No, they can call them anything they want as long as they do not make you get on your knees and all that stuff.I could name a city Jesus nc as long as I did not try to make you worship Jesus .

      I guess that explains why CORPUS CHRISTI ("Body of Christ" in Latin) is "legally OK," right?
