The only cure is rest and letting the poison that your body sees alcohol as, get OUT of your system. Drinking water can speed this process a *small amount.* If someone wants a hangover "cure," they are not going to find one besides rest, time, and treating the symptoms with over the counter stuff for headache, upset stomach, etc.

Thanks for the info! I'll remember to take vitamin C for next time, but yeah... at the moment i'm on water and paracetemol. Last night was wild, but god i do regret it. I have essay's to right aswell. Sympathy please? Haha. Thanks again!

The best way to prevent it honestly is know how much to drink so you wont get loaded. Also it helps to drink plenty of water the night you are drinking also. This helps prevent dehydration, which is what can cause some hangover symptoms.
