Question

Help answer this question below.

I have been told that I can get a 26B (The engine in the Mazda 787B) engine block from MazdaSpeed, but I can't find it. Do you know where I might be able to find one?

The E-Shaft is something you will likely have to build yourself. Last I heard Mazdaspeed in the US of A will sell you the housings of the 26B, if you're a dealer...Complete engines sold back in the day for about 120K in U.S dollars, but you had to be a racing team, like Jerv said not something your regular dude can aquire. Also this motor is differn't than a lot of the Custom four rotor engines rolling around. The way it's cooled, 3 spark plugs per rotor, huge peripheral ports and so on, cermite coatings, alluminum where cast iron used to be, dry sumped etc. There is a shop in Atlanta that used to do Mazda GT racing (the name slips me) that apparently has a bunch of Lemans grade 26Bs. I would think they would part with one for the right $$$ considering how the economy is treating anyone who works with cars.
I suppose you could always build a custom one with 13B housings from these dudes www.kiwi-re.com
