That four-rotor engine was built exclusively for the GT racing cars; they NEVER found there way into a showroom. I would like to know where you found out such a purchase were possible and refute the validity of that source. Most automakers do NOT sell their high-end racing stuff to regular people. I think somebody is hitting the crackpipe a bit hard.
Get a three-rotor from a Cosmo. It is far more obtainable and you likely won't have to do anything illegal to get one.

You're reading I have been told that I can get a 26B (The engine in the Mazda 787B) engine block from MazdaSpeed, but I can't find it. Do you know where I might be able to find one?

How much HP are you trying to get? Are you looking for power or just having a four-rotor engine at any price? If the 4th rotor worth the hassle (logistics, mounting issues, etcetera)?

Well, I'm always interested in experimental automobiles, ex. converting my friend's Blazer to Hydrogen fuel, so i wanted to fix something up to run on a 4-rotor.

Try taking an R32 Skyline chassis (light-weight compared to the R33 and R34), R34 ATTESSA-Pro (better than the R32s ATTESSA), and finding a way to mate the RB26DETT with BMW's Valvetronics. No throttle body required; the throttle is controlled via valve timing, which also helps with fuel economy under partial-throttle conditions. When things get nasty, the valve timing can change with a mere software rewrite. Of course the fuel injectors will have to be move closer to the combustion chamber (direct injection)..... Don't forget that the RB26DETT can already support ungodly HP with a stock bottom-end AND already fits in an R32 chassis.
