How come Americans say "The Queen" to refer to Elizabeth, when there are many Queens in the world? Isn't that almost like saying "My Queen"?

    • Haha, except when the US and UK are made to compete in some way, such as a World Cup game...then it's:
      .
UK: "We made you, you stupid ungreatful yanks!"
      .
US: "We're ungreatful? You'd be speaking German if it wasn't for us!"

    • Noooo. The UK and US are more like brothers, we fight like nuts in competitions and are rivals and 10 minutes later where best-of-friends again and have each others back no matter what! ask me, I have 4 brothers! I'm fully qualified to make that comparison!^^
