You're reading I have no problem sleeping - maybe because I go to bed a bit late most of the time. Anyways, it's always a struggle to get up at a decent time in the morning - what things can I do to make it easier to get up in the morning?

Yes, I often eat in the evening after dinner - sometimes just before going to sleep. I know it's a bad habit - is that why I find it hard to wake up at a decent hour in the morning though?

It can most definitely be that.a lot of research has been done on it, it takes a lot of energy from the body to digest food, so your body is actually working, not fully resting. Try to skip late night meals, or at least eat something light, like yoghurt and fruit in moderation. it's hard in the beginning (for me it was anyway:)) to not eat in the evening ,when you are used to it. but then you start to eat bigger breakfasts, because you are hungry then and the body gets used to it all. You can at least try it and see what happens. But give it a couple of weeks. For me it made so much difference, was suffering from the same problem for years.
