There are finds of ultra deep oil deposits in the oceans, often over a mile deep. Assuming it is fossil fuel, how did dinos & prehistoric biomass end up so deep in the ocean to form oil deposits?

  • The oceans have grown and receded many times For instance almost all of Florida used to be underwater.
