Are you using the digital interface or the analog? This usually happens because of a frequency or rate incompatability. Did you try kicking the resolution and refresh rate down to the minimum while plugged into the monitor that does work then trying the one that dosent?

    • justsumd00d, the monitor gives me this: Move mouse or keyboard keys to blah blah blah... and says that it is in POWER SAVER mode? How do I get it out of POWER SAVER mode? Dell XPS Gen 4 monitor.

    • just like i said, it would do that if the rates are incompatible. try what i wrote.

    • Yeah, but I can't see a thing. I mean, there's no way to change the resolution, because I can't see the desktop, and I use a Mac. I only bought this piece of junk for my 9 year old son who's coming up to see me in July.
