I start off with my own food and try to avoid airline food but it can be difficult on 12+ hours trips.
I thoroughly enjoyed the food on Korean Air and on Qantas for the trans-Pacific flights I took and I've had some great snacks on some European airlines too.
Do you know how to drive an airplane?
