Neither. Time is an illusion. The conceptual mind / ego has constructed the notion of time, as it needs to , to order, and separate events from one another.
The unconceptual or unconditioned (enlightened mind) sees everything outside of time, as underlying every day existence is a timeless essence / continuum

    • Let's say you visit a rock. You weigh it, measure how high it is from the ground. You make a second visit to the rock where you repeat the same thing and find the rock is lower to the ground and is lighter than your first visit. How do you discribe what has happened to the rock?
