    Yes, it helps with erectile dysfunction. It is a vasodilator, sending more blood to the penis and thus engorging the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum. It should only be used with perscription and can be deadly if mixed with other drugs (such as nitroglycerin, another vasodilator)
