Help answer this question below.

Have you ever known anyone that every sentence they said went up at the end, like they were asking a question? Their voice gets higher at the end, like they are looking for a response? Am I the only one that notice? (and gets annoyed) by this?

It drives me nuts, too. Kids do it all the time...and French Canadians! Yuck! I could rip my hair out!!!!!
