I would say hot soapy water. That or find somone who loves milk duds and turn them loose to llick it away. mr Bill

Resolve makes a really good carpet cleaner that I've used on my furniture and car upholstery. I'd suggest picking off as much of the chocolate/caramel as you can, then scrubbing with the cleaner. (Test it first in a hidden area to check for color fastness of course).
