If you roommate is a better cook than you, and you can clean more quickly than your roommate. If your roommate did all the cooking and you did all the cleaning, would your chores take you more or less time than if you divided each task evenly?

Are you talking about cleaning the whole apartment, or just cleaning the mess made by meal preparation and service?

It's a great arrangement. It's always better to work at a team to be efficient and utilize strengths. Home is a much more comfortable place when you can cooperate and not have to worry about doing everything on your own. I'm sure the distribution of labor will be about the same. It takes just as long to clean up the kitchen after a meal as it does to cook. If it is imbalanced in any way, there are always other chores around the place that need to get done :)

No way of knowing because sometimes cooking takes longer and something cleaning does, and it can change from day to day. I'm sure that cleaning anything will probably take longer than most average cooking.
